The Woodridge Ford Lincoln Customer Referral Program rewards qualified customers with $750. Only retail purchases and leased vehicles qualify. The Program is offered exclusively to existing Woodridge Ford Lincoln customers who purchased or leased a vehicle from Woodridge Ford Lincoln during the past five years. The buyer must be a first time Woodridge Ford Lincoln customer. Only referrals submitted through this form may qualify and must be made before the first time Woodridge Ford Lincoln customer purchases a vehicle or visits the dealership. New referral customer must purchase within 30 days of your submission. Not transferrable. Dealership staff are not eligible. Management reserves the right to discontinue or modify the program at any time.
